The three-layer sieving machine is a key piece of equipment in pistachio processing lines, designed to separate pistachios based on their size. Using three vibrating mesh layers, this machine precisely categorizes pistachios into different sizes, discharging them through separate outlets. How the Machine Works

When pistachios enter the machine, they are separated by size at each stage:

• First Layer: Large pistachios remain on the top mesh and exit through the first outlet.
• Second Layer: Medium-sized pistachios pass through the first mesh and remain on the second, exiting through the second outlet.
• Third Layer: Smaller pistachios pass through the second mesh and remain on the third, exiting through the third outlet.
• Fourth Outlet: Very small pistachios (colloquially “Nokhodoo”) pass through the third mesh and exit through the fourth outlet.
• Bottom Section: Remaining elements, including hulls, small debris, and waste, fall to the bottom section of the machine for collection.
