How It Works
After the pistachio separation stage in the water basin, the product enters the de-watering machine. Here, pistachios are placed on mesh stainless steel steps and heated from below by the heating system. The continuous movement of the pistachios on the steps, combined with controlled heat, causes their surface moisture to evaporate, preparing the product for the final drying stage. If the workload allows, the retention time of pistachios can be extended by temporarily closing the machine’s outlet, thereby removing more moisture.Machine Application

Important Notes
- The de-watering machine alone is not sufficient for complete pistachio drying. It must be followed by a hot air drying process until the final moisture content reaches 4% to 6%.
