Manager's experience
One of the experiences I gained during these 20 years of management was that you should be friendly with the workforce, but you shouldn’t trust even the best of them blindly. Punctuality in arrival and departure, and taking leave properly, is one of the important aspects. One of my most significant experiences in management is involving family in work matters, which significantly helps your work progress. Giving incentives to employees for correct, even small, actions is important and should not be forgotten. Consistency and follow-up in any task make the impossible possible. One of my experiences regarding exports to Europe relates to this consistency, follow-up, and the round-the-clock efforts of my colleagues and me for several months; while our competitors considered it impossible, through continuous follow-up, we achieved this important goal. Having time management and setting goals at the end of each month for the next month is also very effective in management and work progress.
